GSSB is a well-established German language school serving more than 500 students from pre-K through 12th grade. Our classes meet on 30 Saturdays from September through May, from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM, at Diamond Middle School in Lexington, MA.

We are not currently hiring for teaching personnel. However, we are always happy to hear from enthusiastic and engaging educators interested in joining our team in the future.

Our curriculum supports students at all levels, from early childhood through advanced language study. Older and advanced students have the opportunity to prepare for internationally recognized German language exams, including the IVA A2 and the Deutsches Sprachdiplom (DSD).

If you enjoy working with young children, love creating a warm and playful learning environment, and are passionate about helping children build confidence in the German language and culture, we’d love to keep you in mind for future openings.

Qualifications

 

• Native or native-like fluency in German

• Experience teaching German or another language

• Experience working with young children

• Teaching degree or early childhood education background preferred

• Flexible, reliable, and collaborative personality

• Passion for teaching and sharing German language and culture
